Printing Method: Prices shown are for flat printing or letterpress (see card description).  Letterpress printing is only available on some cards, as shown.  Thermography (raised printing) is available for $40 extra.  See question 2 on our FAQ page to learn about the different printing methods.

Ink: Your choice at no extra charge. Available colors are Black, Red, Hunter, Navy, Cranberry, French Blue, Silver, Gold, Umber and Lime. Click here to see the different ink colors.

Second Ink:  Add a second color ink to your greeting: $55 for flat or thermography, $80 for letterpress.

Typestyles: Your choice of typestyles. Click here to see the different typestyles.

Text: Compose your own text (up to 6 lines at no additional charge) or select one of the suggested greetings. Click here to see the suggested greetings.  Additional lines over 6 are $6 per line for the whole order.

Photo cards: All photo cards are supplied with double stick tape. You attach your own photo. Please be careful to note the size photo(s) that will fit with each card, as noted in the card description. Many cards work only with certain size photos.

New! The printer can print your jpg photo and attach it to your cards:  For an additional charge of $35 per 25 cards, the printer can print your high resolution .jpg file (at least 220 dpi - but more if possible) as a 3"x5" or 4"x6" photo and attach the photos to your cards. If you select this option, we will provide instructions to you for emailing your file to us. You will also need to confirm that you own the copyright of the photo you have asked to have printed.  The charge for this service will be added to your credit card authorization when your order is submitted for printing.

Orientation: Please be sure to order the card vertically or horizontally, depending on the photo you're going to use!! Some designs are available only in one orientation. This is noted in the description for that item.

Ribbons and Bows: A variety of pull-through ribbons and hand-tied bows are available. The printer recommends that items with ribbons or bows be hand-cancelled at the post office. Additional postage may be required due to the thickness of the envelope. Click here to see the available ribbons and bows.   Pricing: For ribbons, add $29 per 25 cards.  For bows, add $42 per 25 cards.

Ribbon and Bow Placement: Select from top center horizontal, top center vertical, left center, diagonal left corner.

Postage: Cards with ribbons may also require additional postage because of their thickness. Please check with the post office before mailing your cards to ensure that you have applied the correct postage.

Envelope flaps: Up to 2 lines of text are included in the above prices. Add $6 per order for each additional line per order. The flaps will be printed in the same ink color and printing method as your cards.

Envelope colors: White or cream to match card.

Envelope linings: Extensive choice of envelope linings available: Red, Hunter, Navy, Cranberry, Gold Foil, Silver Foil, Pearl Satin, Christmas Stripe, French Blue, Brushed Silver, Umber and Lime Stripes. See pricing in table above. Personalized linings are also available. You may have up to 10 words of your choice on an envelope lining printed just for you in the same ink color as the text of your order. Flat printing only. Click here to see the available envelope linings.

Extra Envelopes: Extra envelopes are $10 per 25, plus the cost of printed return addresses, if ordered. Extra letterpress printed envelopes are $22 per 25.

Reorders: Because most of the work involved in printing is in the setting up of the press to run your order, there is no special pricing on a reorder--it's priced the same as any new order would be. Be sure you have ordered enough the first time! As you can see from the price chart, the incremental cost of 25 cards is much less than a new order.

Printer's proof: Faxed black & white proof available: $20 for first proof; $10 for each additional proof. (If you do not have a fax number, we can email an image file of your proof.)Delivery time: To determine your Total Delivery Time, add your order's Printing Time and your order's Shipping Time, as follows (all times are best estimates and are not guaranteed):

Proofing time: 2-3 business days.

Printing time: 5-7 business days.

Shipping time: Ground: varies from 2-10 business days, depending upon how far you are from the printing location in California. We don't charge you for UPS ground shipping on orders totaling $400 or more. (If the order is less than $400, shipping is $8 per order.) 3 business day UPS: $15 and up for shipping and handling. 2 business day UPS: $20 and up for shipping and handling. Next business day UPS: $30 and up for shipping and handling.

International Shipping: The shipping costs shown above are for deliveries within the continental US. Costs will be greater for deliveries to other destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties of the destination country. Customs documents will show package contents as "merchandise-stationery" and the value shown will be the purchase price of your order.
